The Mantor Group obtained the approval for the construction of the Trastevere residential complex

The Spanish Group Mantor received the approval for the Zonal Urban Plan of the Trastevere residential complex in Bulevardul Erou Iancu Nicolae nr. 84.
Trastevere is the first project developed by Mantor and will have a height regime of GF+6, composed of 54 apartments. The residential complex will extend over an area of approximately 6,000 square meters, and the investment value amounts to approximately EUR 6 million.
The residential complex has its own parking, includes a gym, an indoor children’s playground area and a rooftop pool.
“We have extensive experience as a general contractor, but Trastevere is the first project created by Mantor as the developer for the market in Romania. The next step is to submit the documentation for the building permit, to be able to begin the works and to complete the project in the summer of 2018, as planned”, declares Tomas Manjón, co-founder of the Mantor Group.
The founders of the Mantor group have a portfolio composed of 16 premium and luxury building projects, which is over 500,000 square meters in Spain and Romania.
At the moment, Mantor executes 4 works as a general contractor, with a cumulative budget of approximately EUR 7 million: a building in Cotroceni area, a building in Docenţilor street, a building in Amzei area (former Miţa Biciclista house) and a factory in Urlaţi, near Ploieşti.
