Mr. Tomás Manjón
Mr. Manjón coordinates day to day operations, being also involved in the development of new investments. Prior to founding Homing Properties, he served as Country Manager in Romania for the Spanish group GEA 21 and as General Manager for Tiriac Imobiliare. He has an extensive portfolio of residential, office and leisure developments. He is Civil Engineer from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid and also earned a Law Degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Mr. Diego Stuyck
Mr. Stuyck coordinates all the Commercial activities of Homing Properties, being responsible of business development and sales. He has a vast experience in a wide rank of real estate and construction actives. Prior to founding Homing Properties, he served as CEO of Facilitec Romania (www.facilitec.ro), which later became part of our Group. Diego has a Law degree from Universidad Complutense Madrid, a Business Management degree from Centro Universitario Villanueva, and a Master degree in Foreign Trade from CECO.
Chief Construction Officer
Mr. Tortosa coordinates and supervises all the construction activities from conception and planning to completion. He has an extensive experience as a construction manager and has built more than 700 apartments both in Spain and Romania. He studied Building Engineering at Escuela Politecnica Superior – EPSAlicante.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lungu coordinates the Group’s finance activities, including cash management, planning, controlling and accounting. His expertise is the result of working for top consultancy firms and large entrepreneurial businesses. He graduated the Faculty of Accounting within The Academy of Economic Studies and is member of CECCAR as Accounting Expert.
