El complejo residencial se desarrollar\u00e1 en una superficie aproximada de 6.000 metros cuadrados, y el valor de la inversi\u00f3n asciende a unos 6 millones de euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El residencial dispone de parking propio, incluye gimnasio, zona de juegos interior para ni\u00f1os y piscina en la azotea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abTenemos una amplia experiencia como contratistas generales, pero Trastevere es el primer proyecto creado por Mantor como promotor para el mercado rumano. El siguiente paso es presentar la documentaci\u00f3n para la licencia de construcci\u00f3n, para que podamos iniciar las obras y finalizar el proyecto en el verano de 2018, tal y como tenemos previsto\u201d, declara Tom\u00e1s Manj\u00f3n, cofundador del Grupo Mantor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los fundadores del grupo Mantor cuentan con un portfolio compuesto por 16 proyectos de construcci\u00f3n premium y de lujo, que suman m\u00e1s de 500.000 m\u00b2 en Espa\u00f1a y Ruman\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este momento, Mantor est\u00e1 ejecutando 4 obras como contratista general, con un presupuesto acumulado de aproximadamente 7 millones de euros: un edificio en la zona de Cotroceni, un edificio en la Calle Docentilor, un edificio en la zona de Amzei (la antigua casa Mi\u0163a Biciclista) y una f\u00e1brica en Urla\u0163i, cerca de Ploiesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantor es un grupo de empresas fundado por 3 socios espa\u00f1oles (Tomas Manjon, Diego Stuyck, David Tortosa) en 2015.
